How Can lumps On The Elbow Be Treated?

I have several pea-sized somewhat mobile lumps below the skin of my elbow. It started as one several months ago and now I have four or five around the perimeter of where I think the bursa would be. No signs of infection and virtually pain-free. I have a little bit of soreness in the distal third of my triceps.

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
This is so called bursitis and this represents effusion in joint capsule which is caused by inflammation or irritation due to injury. It is treated with punction and aspiration of fluids and elastic compresses for few days. In some cases bursa should be excised but usually it heals after this procedure.
Wish you good health. Regards
